Røldal is a small mountain village 400 above sea level. The village is situated on the western side of Haukelifjell, right by the gateway to Hardangervidda national park.

Røldal stave church from 1200 a.d is widely known for its beauty, and for its crucifix which was known to have healing powers.

E134 passes Røldal. It is 140 km to Haugesund, 320 km to Oslo and 200 km to Bergen. In the centre of this beautiful surrounded by mountains will you find Skysstasjonen.
